 Owners are invited to join us in the Clubhouse Great Room Monday, 23 September at 4:00PM, to meet with representatives of Preserve Tiverton. This group has been actively working in opposition to the Seasons Market and Gas Station proposed for the corner of Souza and Main, directly across from Schooner drive. 

Whether you are opposed or in favor of this project, you are invited to participate in this question & answer session.

If you cannot attend in person, we will also offer Zoom participation. As a reminder, the Board of Directors has not taken an official stance on this issue.

To access this portal, go to https://www3.senearthco.com . For more information on accessing or registering for the First Realty Management portal please email the Property Manager. To view the more information on the FRM portal select the General Tab then select Contact Information. Scroll down until you view “Maintenance Requests, Accounts and Payments, and Homeowner Directory.
