Welcome Committee “Get-Together”
The VMHB Welcome Committee is hosting a “Welcome to VMHB” gathering on Tuesday, June 20th from 5-7pm in the clubhouse great room. This is an opportunity to meet other relatively new owners, ask questions about Tiverton and the surrounding area and learn about different activities in our beautiful community.

Maintenance Requests, Account and Payments, and Homeowner Directory
First Realty Management (FRM) maintains a homeowner portal/website that enables owners to pay bills, access owner account, submit maintenance requests, and view homeowner entered contact information. To access this portal, go to https://www3.senearthco.com . For more information on accessing or registering for the First Realty Management portal select the General Tab then select Contact Information. Scroll down until you view “Maintenance Requests, Accounts and Payments, and Homeowner Directory.
